The Role

We're looking for a
Marketing Intern
to join our growing team and help us shape
The TEN
's brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, proactive student who's eager to gain experience in marketing, communications, and start-up growth strategy. You'll play a key role in amplifying our mission, engaging with students, universities, and partners, and supporting campaign delivery.

What you will do

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters.
  • Support community outreach to students, universities, and SMEs.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with our co-founders to refine messaging and brand positioning.

Who we are looking for

  • Current university student or recent graduate (any discipline).
  • Passion for marketing, communications, or social impact.
  • Strong writing and visual communication skills.

  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
