Job Description SummaryAs Warehouse Goods-in Operative (on site) you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Worthing warehouse. This role involves handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a safe and organised working environment. You will play a key part in keeping our warehouse running effectively and to the highest standards.

Working hours Monday to Friday 10:30 - 18:30. Hours during the initial training period will be 7:00 - 15:00.Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Main responsibilities are booking in deliveries and entering correct information (lot numbers & expiry dates) into JDE – putting into correct locations.

• Understand warehouse layout, locations, top up procedures, and housekeeping requirements for the role.

• Entering received orders onto the system and distributing to warehouse locations and users.

• Maintain the stores to the highest standards, in line with Health & Safety requirements.

• Ensure adherence to company HSE policy.

• Attend meetings as required.

• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment. Operate a clean as you go process to provide a safe working environment.

May also perform other duties as required.

About you

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in goods-in Warehouse environment and must be able to drive a counter-balance forklift truck. You must also be computer literate.

Physical Demands:

Needs to be able to move heavy pallets on pallet truck (manual). Lifting boxes from pallets and into locations, including locations up high

This role is not just a forklift driver position, will be required to stand and move around all day.

Work Environment:

Must be able to work in hot and cold environment.

Salary range for the role: £24500 pa +benefits
