Used Car Sales Manager – Cannock

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a high-performing team at a flagship dealership in Cannock. This is a rare opening with a well-established and growing automotive group that offers stability, strong stock levels, and excellent earning potential.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record in automotive sales managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamA customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approachExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsStrong computer literacy and comfort with digital systemsHigh levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targetsSet clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coachingManage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipelineEnsure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experiencePromote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievementRecruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success

Working Hours

Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week4 Days week 1, 5 days week 21 Weekend off Per month
