Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant experience, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised.
  • Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible serving of alcohol and adherence to legal regulations.
  • Handle transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Keep inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.

Skills

  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain health standards in the bar environment.
  • Experience in serving drinks and familiarity with various cocktail recipes.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £12.21-£19.10 per hour
