Job Description

We are growing our consulting team and looking for F&O Technical Architects to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for the overall technical strategy of the project, and collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that the best solution can be presented to the client.
  • Accountable for setting up a good Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.
  • Accountable for providing clear & precise development estimates.
  • Accountable for working with the project management team in setting development timelines.
  • Accountable for providing regular reports to the project management team.
  • Accountable for setting the right structures to ensure quality in the deliverables of the development and technical teams.
  • Accountable for managing the clients expectations.
  • Responsible for the overall quality of all delivery work carried out within the client base.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all internal published controls and processes are followed.
  • Responsible for writing technical strategy documents and gaining approval with the client.
  • Responsible for keeping client key stakeholders informed on project or delivery progress, and representing Hitachi Solutions in key client sessions.
  • Responsible for coordinating the required input and completion for the Microsoft FastTrack's solution blueprint review (SBR) and Solution go-live readiness
  • Responsible for mentoring, guiding & motivating team members so they can achieve their full potential.
  • Responsible for establishing an effective direct relationship with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key Competencies:

  • A strong background in the Microsoft D365 F&O stack, ideally having worked in senior positions on engagements involving the wider Microsoft solution offerings (including, but not limited to, CE, Azure, or PowerPlatform).
  • A strong, demonstrable working knowledge of all the solution implementation lifecycle stages, and strong demonstrable experience in completing a number of end-to-end engagements.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
