We're looking to recruit a
Compliance Analyst
to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes. This role requires working in the office three days a week, with occasional travel to our site offices so a valid driving licence is essential for this role.

In this role you will collaborate with Compliance Lead to develop and implement EKFB's Compliance strategy and framework. You will monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. You will identify, investigate, and address irregularities or instances of non-compliance, providing recommendations for corrective actions where necessary.

You will be required to perform general administrative duties, including policy drafting, process monitoring, and maintaining compliance documentation. You will prepare and present reports to the business on current risk and compliance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Part of this role is to work with other departments and project delivery teams to embed compliance into daily operations and decision-making processes. You will stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the business is well-informed and prepared to adapt.

Additionally, you will also develop and manage tools or systems for tracking compliance risks and monitoring mitigation measures. Y ou will act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and provide guidance to employees on compliance matters.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive professional experience in ethics, compliance, risk, legal, and/or governance.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering risk assurance and compliance monitoring plans and reviews.
  • High integrity, strong organisational skills and unwavering attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to handle complex and sensitive issues.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
  • Ability to objectively and effectively challenge business stakeholders when necessary.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of discretion and judgment when handling confidential materials.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
  • Full driving licence is required for this role
