£34,000 / £36,000 + Company Van + iPhone | Full-Time | Covering West Sussex and Surrounding Areas

True Adapt is a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality bathroom installations and home adaptations to people with needs.

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Bathroom Fitter with a good multi-trade background to join our expanding team. We have multiple contracts with local councils and are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to hitting targets.

Our management are experienced in this industry, and are still currently working on site doing the same job as you'll be doing, we are here to help and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out full bathroom installations: Wetroom formers, waste pumps when required, plumbing, fitting sanitaryware, basic carpentry, Wall tiling, door re-hanging and finishing work.
• Deliver bathrooms to a good, professional standard — clean, functional, and customer-ready
• Communicate with our floor layer and electrician as and when you need them.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work environment
• Communicate politely and clearly with customers and the office team
• Use a company iPhone for updates, job photos, and communication
• Follow company health and safety procedures
• Willingness to travel within West Sussex, and surrounding areas (We try to keep you within your postcode)

About You:

• Proven experience as a decent multi trade or bathroom fitter (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Confident in plumbing and basic wall tiling
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to manage your own workload independently
• Full UK driving licence (required)
