complex projects end-to-end, defining project scopes, and ensuring timely, seamless delivery within budget constraints.

Client Service:
Providing trusted client advice, acting as the key strategic point of contact, and proactively providing comprehensive quotations and feasibility advice.

Partner Oversight:
Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key global partners, negotiating terms, and managing partner performance and quality control.

Full financial control and accountability
for project profitability, ensuring strict compliance with Data Protection regulations and BHBIA guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an ambitious and organised individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The required experience will determine the level at which you are hired.

Specific Requirements by Level

Experience & Education

A degree-level education (ideally in psychology, business, social sciences, or a related field). No prior PM experience required, but exposure to market research is a plus.

Passionate about research, high capacity for learning, and strong follow-through on assigned tasks.

Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-country market research projects (ideally qualitative healthcare research).

Proven ability to lead projects independently, mentor junior staff, manage large budgets, and drive client relationship growth.
