Deskside Technician – Onsite in Maidenhead- £40,000 - £45,000
A Global Infrastructure Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Deskside Technician to be based onsite in Maidenhead
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Non-Warranty Hardware Repair
- Warranty Repair and Management
- PC lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialised Devices
- Installations, moves, and changes for Serialised Devices
- Deskside Software Support
- Smart Hands Support
- VIP Support
- Conferencing Support
- Event Support
Required Skills:
- Previous PC hardware/software, network and print support experience.
- Previous VIP support experience
- Ideally have ServiceNow Ticketing system or have used a similar system.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload, someone who is energised by helping people and making things happen.
