REL are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in field marketing, brand activation, or FMCG. 

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum + bonus opportunity 

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in Winnersh Head Office RG41

We're looking for a proactive, energetic Account Manager to join our busy Tactical team at REL Field Marketing. This is field marketing at its fastest, managing multiple client briefs, same-week activations, and tight deadlines, all while maintaining exceptional relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple client campaigns from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Lead communication across projects, ensuring clarity and trust
• Manage budgets effectively and optimise resource allocation
• Create Statements of Work, budgets, and Terms & Conditions for all client activity
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial reporting
• Deliver campaign results, insights, and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
• Provide regular updates to your Account Director or Business Unit Director

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in tactical, strategic, or client account management
• Background in field marketing, FMCG, or brand activation
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and managing budgets
• Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
• A positive, collaborative attitude and passion for great client service
