About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced
Security Cleared User Researcher
to support user research and adoption studies for the development of the
Test and Evaluation Marketplace application
.

You will engage directly with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that solutions are usable, valuable, and aligned to genuine user needs. Your insights will play a key role in shaping product and service design at programme level.

User Researcher Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct a range of
    qualitative and quantitative user research
    , including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • (Note: No personal data will be collected as part of these activities.)
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to collate requirements and identify opportunities to improve product usability and value.
  • Work closely with Product, Service, and Engineering teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Carry out
    benefits assessments
    to measure impact, adoption, and value delivered.
  • Present clear, structured research findings to senior stakeholders to support decision-making across the programme.

User Researcher Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance
  • must be in place from the start.
  • Proven experience conducting user research in complex or secure environments.
  • Ability to deliver both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
