Student Recruitment Associate

At iRxcruit, we're rethinking how young people access education and career opportunities. We partner with universities, training providers, and employers to connect ambitious individuals with the next step in their journey — whether that's a degree, a new role or a new start.

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Student Recruitment Associate to help grow our student network. You will be responsible for engaging, advising, and qualifying prospective students, ensuring a smooth handover to our enrolment team. This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on performance, but it's also people focused — every interaction you have could open a door for someone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional guidance to prospective students on education and career opportunities.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential students through school visits, colleges, events, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets, including outreach, lead conversion, and event KPIs.
  • Represent iRxcruit and our partners at events, providing accurate and engaging information.
  • Collaborate with the enrolment and marketing teams to ensure a smooth student journey and improve engagement strategies.
  • Track, report, and analyse outreach performance to inform ongoing campaign improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with students and building relationships.
  • Positive, proactive, and results-driven, with a track record of achieving goals (academic, work, or personal).
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for school visits, fairs, and community events.
  • Interest in education, employability, and social impact.
  • Experience in student recruitment, outreach, or advisory roles is desirable but not essential.
