We are not your average Call Centre and many of our advisors would describe us as a fun, friendly, great place to work.

Overall Job Purpose

The emphasis  really is about Teamwork. As an agent you will be part of a Team that delivers the best service and support to both our customers and our engineers in the field.

Reporting directly to a Service Centre Team Manager, you will communicate regularly with our Customers, Client Contact Centres, Engineers and Area Operating Officers throughout the UK via both inbound and outbound service calls, e-mail, and webchat.

You will be allocated to a Sub Region and along with your teammates will be responsible for all engineers within this Region through various processes.

You will be offered on the job training, support and reward and recognition as part of the Team.

Day to Day


• Provide key support to our Engineers and Area Operating Officer's


• Manage the engineer's day efficiently


• Multi-task over multiple phone lines and juggle this with admin work


• Proactively update Customers and Engineers when issues are identified


• Have good attention to detail when checking forms associated to each job


• Take ownership of the tasks allocated, escalating problems where necessary


• Dynamically move workload between engineers in the team


• Have fun

Shift rotation - Monday to Saturday, hours between 7am - 9pm, 2 weekends off per month.

**

We offer both office and home-based working to SCA's, due to Government Guidelines we are currently working from home however you will be required to attend our Main Office in Selkirk for the initial training period and for ongoing coaching & Team Building sessions.
