Supply Chain Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Coordinator to drive continuous improvement across Buffaload's supply chain operations, with a primary focus on delivering measurable cost savings and unlocking ongoing commercial value for both Buffaload and its customers.
Acting as a customer facing specialist, the successful candidate will identify, develop, and implement initiatives that meet contractual obligations and that transition into joint gain-share opportunities.
In addition to customer driven commitments, the role will also support Buffaload's internal optimisation projects, using data driven insights to enhance service efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Shift Pattern and Hours of Work:
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain to meet contractual Gap Targets
- Collaborate and engage with Customer and internal stakeholders to agree and implement improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present savings estimates and improvement proposals in line with governance requirements
- Monitor progress against agreed targets and report regularly to senior management and Customers
- Support internal Buffaload optimisation projects to drive operational efficiency and commercial value
- Maintain accurate documentation of initiatives, savings, and performance metrics
- Sustainability & Economic and Social Governance (ESG)
Qualifications/ Experience:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is desirable, or equivalent practical experience gained through work based roles.
Other Criteria:
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Candidate must be fluent in English due to the communication requirements
