Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are a must, working within a tightknit team within Healthcare Recruitment, you'll have to hunting abilities to grow this ever evolving brand Can you have commercially astute conversations? This role is WFH whilst you build the branches hours - then into branch after 6 months

Expected experience

  • A minimum of 2 years business development experience within healthcare
  • At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills
  • Previous experience within healthcare is desirable, although not essential
  • Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients

This business has sky rocketed over the last 5 years and continues to grow, previous branch managers are now regional managers - with a culture of promoting within, the sky is the limit
