If your application is then successful, one of our recruitment consultants will be in touch to discuss your application further.Eligibility CriteriaYou must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.Role OverviewSales SupportAssist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Support the sales team in follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.Marketing SupportContribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.Assist in developing content such as blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, YouTube how-to videos, and demonstrations.Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare insights and reports.Support the organisation of events, webinars, and client engagement activities.Pre-Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.Assist in preparing technical proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations.Participate in discovery sessions to gather client requirements and document findings.Research competitor offerings to refine ThoughtLogik's pre-sales strategies.ConsultingProvide advisory support on business process optimisation and technology adoption.Assist in defining digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals.Contribute to solution design workshops and provide best-practice recommendations.Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.Business AnalysisWork with clients and team members to gather and document business and technical requirements.Analyse business processes and provide recommendations for improvements or solutions.Assist in preparing functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.Participate in client workshops, meetings, and discussions.Project Management SupportAssist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.Maintain project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and status reports.Coordinate communication between stakeholders and ensure timely updates.Help identify and resolve minor project issues under supervision.Delivery SupportSupport the implementation of client solutions, ensuring alignment with defined requirements.Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues during solution delivery.Provide user training and help create user manuals and other documentation.Contribute to post-implementation reviews and feedback sessions.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
