EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based in our Severn Trent Centre office (Coventry) and reporting to the Transformation Lead, the Transformation Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver multiple capital engineering workstreams.
Plug and Play work to both develop new in-house engineered infrastructure products and bring existing, alternative infrastructure products into our capital programmes all with the aim of saving time and money for our capital delivery programmes.
Because of this we are looking for someone who is comfortable leading transformation within an both R&D and capital delivery engineering focused environments.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Ideally degree qualified with relevant industry experience in project and programme delivery, you will be a forward thinking and innovative leader capable of managing multiple workstreams You will have a proven track record of cost and resource planning and management and budgetary responsibility. You will have a good understanding of engineering product lifecycles and the challenges of developing new products and implementing these with an internal customer environment.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
