Job summary
As Regional Vice President, EMEA Channel Sales you and your team will be responsible for onboarding, scaling and leading the selling with and selling through motion with our Partners Collaborate with all appropriate DigiCert resources (executives, Customers, support, and solution engineers) to support customer interests. Understand how to advocate for customers and balance that advocacy with DigiCert's business needs.
In this role, you and your team will manage our Resellers, VARs and SI relationships in EMEA. You will be responsible for developing these relationships and then operationalizing these the Partner through enablement, training and account management to build a robust business.
What you will do
DigiCert People Leadership- you will lead a team of Partner Account Managers to successfully achieve their goals utilizing the people programs, practices and policies of DigiCert including but not limited to OKR setting, continuous feedback, performance management, career development and hiring great talent.Driving Partner Development – Owning Partner relationships to maximize sales. Driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Penetrating additional stakeholders within the Partner, identifying their needs and then configuring an appropriate offering from our portfolio to meet those needs.Expanding Partner Network – develop relationships and alignment at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers. Establish positive relationships that drive value.Driving Partner Sales Execution – Leading partner agreements to close multi-year subscription-based deals. Prepare accurate forecasts, build a funnel to cover bookings target, document activities in Salesforce, and perform other tasks necessary to drive revenue and communicate activities to sales management.Effective Partner Planning – Using disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase account penetration.Demonstrating DigiCert Proficiency – Be proficient with a working knowledge and understanding across all DigiCert products and solutions.Territory: EMEA.What you will have
7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a digital security/software/technology company (strongly preferred)4+ years of sales management experienceProfessional working proficiency in any European language other than English will be a plusTrack record of driving results faster with a sense of urgencyTrack record of closing multi-year and subscription-based SaaS dealsProven ability to cultivate strategic relationships and advising on industry insights, best practices and strategyBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBenefits
