A quick look at the role

The Administrator will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the site team. This is a full time, on site position, supporting day to day office operations, handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes.

Your core responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the site and management team
  • Manage incoming telephone and email enquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases
  • Support the monitoring of complaints and enquiries
  • Assist with ordering, issuing and stock control of PPE for the operational team
  • Support with booking travel, arranging meetings and organising site lunches
  • Carry out basic data analysis and compile information to support managers with reporting and updates
