Early Years Practitioner – Join Our Outstanding Team

4 Days Per Week | 8:00am – 6:00pm

Due to an exciting increase in our intake of children, we are looking for an OUTSTANDING, passionate, lively and creative Early Years Practitioner to join our hard-working, supportive team at this wonderful and busy time of growth.

About You

Are you someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)?
  • Can make a positive contribution to children from a multi-ethnic, vibrant community?
  • Brings fun, creativity, and lots of oomph to the classroom each day?

Essential Requirements

You must have:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recent experience of observations and planning
  • The ability to use initiative confidently
  • A willingness to undergo a DBS check
  • The ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and build warm, positive relationships with children

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Current DBS
