We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and hardworking weekend bartender to join our team at The Apple Tree Pub & Dining. You'll be serving drinks, chatting with customers, and helping to keep our lively pub atmosphere buzzing. The role includes working behind both the main bar and our busy function bar, serving at parties, events, and live music nights. You'll help prepare and serve drinks, keep the bar area clean and organised, and make sure every guest enjoys their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve drinks quickly, accurately, and in accordance with pub standards.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the pub.
  • Support the team during busy periods and work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Availability for weekend shifts.
  • Experience working behind a bar is essential.
  • An outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktails is a plus, but not required.
