An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Clinical Support Worker to work within our Ageing and Health ward caring for patients who have had orthopaedic surgery and require a period of medical care and rehabilitation. Our aim is to assist patients with fundamental care and assist them to meet the rehabilitation goals set to facilitate safe discharge home.

The post-holder will have the responsibility of helping deliver care needs and supporting the clinical care standards within the ward environment whilst working along with our multi-disciplinary team.
