Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs using hand tools and power tools to maintain buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising.
- Conduct gardening activities such as planting, weeding, mulching, and soil preparation to promote healthy growth.
- Carry out routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards.
- Support the installation of new fixtures or structures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Growing experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, trimming, and operating machinery safely.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new skills related to property maintenance and horticulture.
