Join us as a Performance Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition, optimise paid media performance, and support our growth across digital channels. You will play a key role in driving ROI and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives across the business.
You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across channels (especially Google) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage campaign optimisation to maximise ROI and hit key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign metrics and competition performance to provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with Data Analyst, designers and developer in the marketing team to improve funnel conversion rates
- 3yr+ relevant experience in performance marketing campaigns such as Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign management platforms and Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience managing substantial media budgets (£100k+ monthly) and demonstrable track record of achieving performance targets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion funnel optimisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, clinical and data.
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, Bing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
- Experience scaling performance marketing programmes in high-growth environments
