We are looking for a new part time area cleaner to join our hardworking team. Flexibility with working times and patterns is essential as hours will vary. You will typically work alongside a team member, completing domestic and commercial cleans across Leeds. Areas include Pudsey, Farsley, Calverley, Adel, Horsforth, Shadwell and Roundhay but we do rota the same areas on the same day where possible. Driving is essential to the role and access to your own vehicle however we do have a car sharing scheme in place if needed. You must be positive, enthusiastic, have high attention to detail and stamina. We have regular staff meetings, social gathering and bonus rewards.

Duties

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces to create a hygienic environment.
  • Changing bedding and towels, ensuring that all laundry is handled according to company protocols.
  • Following cleaning standards, policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
  • Providing exceptional service and communication to customers.

Experience

While prior experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, it is not essential as training will be provided. Key skills we are looking for include:

  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
