Your Responsibilities

  • VM Operations – Support the VM Manager with ordering windowschemes, props, signage and store-opening needs. Maintain store VM databases,manage seasonal production, deliver regular training, cascade VM updates, planvisit schedules, ensure Yoobic compliance, and support stores with commercialactions.
  • Seasonal Direction & Compliance – Ensure all POS meetsGlobal VM guidelines. Create clear customer journeys and partner with Retailteams on money mapping, local needs and commercial priorities.
  • Retail & Wholesale – Deliver VM standards across bothchannels, focusing on key cities. Visit wholesale accounts, support pop-ups andprojects, maintain flagship stores, and guide in-store teams on installationexecution.
  • Store Openings & Refits – Support refits, pop-ups and newstore openings. Manage production, delivery, communication and training whilecollaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Store Visits & Administration – Admin and Yoobic compliance +stores visits across Retail & Wholesale. Night shifts and weekends asneeded.

Your Profile

  • Window-ready: Skilled incoordinating and installing window schemes.

  • Strong communicator:Confident, collaborative and solutions-focused.
  • Detail-driven & organised: Excellent attention to detail with strong time-management skills.
