Our team is committed to creating a positive and seamless experience for every patient, and we're looking for a passionate individual to lead our front-of-house operations as Customer Relations Coordinator.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our clinic. You'll oversee and run the reception team, ensuring all patients are greeted warmly and their needs are met with the highest level of customer care. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining excellent attention to detail in every aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and oversee the reception team, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Greet and assist patients, making them feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage patient accounts, including understanding and overseeing financial plans and transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and scheduling appointments seamlessly.
  • Support the practice with sales initiatives, such as promoting services and plans (sales experience is beneficial but not required).
  • Maintain a calm and organized front-of-house environment, even during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a cohesive and exceptional patient journey.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm and approachable personality with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
  • Confidence in handling financial transactions and patient accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the reception team.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
