Signage & Graphics Fitter

We're looking for a hands-on, practical signage installer to join the team at Star Print. You'll be fitting a range of signage on-site for our customers — from flat panels and vinyl graphics to fret-cut and 3D lettering. You'll also carry out site surveys to take accurate measurements before production begins.

This role would suit someone with good practical skills who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities:

• Install all types of signage: fret-cut, 3D lettering, Foamex, Dibond, vinyl graphics, and window/fascia signage
• Carry out site surveys – measuring areas accurately and assessing installation requirements
• Work safely and efficiently on ladders, platforms, and various job sites
• Ensure each job is finished neatly and to a high standard
• Communicate with the production team to confirm measurements and fixings before installation
• Represent Star Print professionally when visiting client sites

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (you'll be travelling to installations and surveys)
• Practical and reliable – a real grafter who isn't afraid of hands-on work or outdoor conditions
• Good attention to detail and takes pride in doing the job right
• Experience with sign fitting, joinery, or construction is beneficial
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently or with a small team
