About Us

Grove Tutors is a tutoring company that specialises in 1:1 tutoring at primary, KS3, GCSE and A-Level. Our experienced tutors have helped hundreds of students to fulfil their potential. We have an excellent network of tutors that includes qualified teachers, expert tutors and high-flying postgraduate and undergraduate students. In addition to the core subjects of English, Maths and Science, we have tutors for all subjects at primary and secondary level.

Role Responsibilities

  • To assist with inbound enquiries from parents by email and phone
  • To assist with selecting and introducing tutors to families
  • To assist with managing tuition arrangements
  • To assist with onboarding new tutors
  • To manage and update our portal Tutor Zone

Role Requirements

  • Understanding of UK education system (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
  • Excellent listening and relationship building skills (Required)
  • Strong attention-to-detail and multitasking skills (Required)
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer service role (Preferred)
  • Experience working with young people or children (Preferred)

Role Benefits

You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of business functions including operations, recruitment, customer service, sales and marketing in a small business setup. You will be working in a small, dedicated and supportive team that has experience in all aspects of the tutoring space. As this part-time role is on a self-employed basis, you will have flexibility in terms of working location and working hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
