Client Overview:
9 years old Male lives with both parents/ Peads/Seizure management/ Epilepsy/ nebulisation/ oral suctioning/pets in the home. 9
year old intelligent boy who likes to be comfortable & cosy. He likes to have his mind stimulated - academically. Previously could name every country on the globe. Dad describes him as a 'great mind'. He likes to know everything before it happens - what's happening and why. This gives him a sense of control over things e.g. 'this is going to make you better' 'this is going to open your airways' he finds it fascinating. He likes minions, 13 the musical (any musicals), spongebob squarepants. He also has an awesome sense of humour, likes a joke & has a brilliant laugh.
In the Bracknell Area Shifts of 10pm to 7am Waking nights

What HFH offers?

  • Hourly pay rates range between £ p/hr*.
  • Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
  • Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
  • Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £ p/wk*.
  • The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
  • We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations
