We specialise in building practical automation systems — including our AI Voice Receptionist — that answer calls 24/7, book appointments, handle reschedules, and streamline customer communication.

Our mission is simple: help small businesses operate smarter, save time, and capture more clients using accessible, modern AI tools. We work closely with local businesses across beauty, medical, home services, automotive, and other service-based industries to eliminate lost leads and improve customer experience through automation.

Role Description

As an Appointment Setter at Stryvo, your job is to reach out to small business owners through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, cold email, or occasional calls and book qualified demo calls for our AI Voice Receptionist service. You'll be the first point of contact in our outreach process, helping identify businesses that rely on phone calls, qualifying their needs, and guiding them toward a demo.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Sending initial outreach messages to potential clients (30+ per day).
  • Warming up leads through likes, comments, or short voice messages.
  • Starting genuine conversations, identifying whether they handle client calls and if missed calls are a problem.
  • Using provided scripts, flows, and follow-up processes to naturally transition into booking a demo.
  • Scheduling qualified calls using our booking link and collecting essential contact information.
  • Logging leads and tracking progress using a simple system (e.g., Notion).
  • Communicating with the founder whenever a call is booked, rescheduled, or someone no-shows.

This role is fully remote, flexible-hours, and performance-based.

Pay:
$650 / £500 per closed client you help book (16–22% commission)
with performance bonuses. Payments are weekly after client processing.

No selling or closing is required — we handle all demo calls and conversions. Your job is outreach → qualify → book → report.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required — we provide all scripts, training, examples, and support. However, experience in outreach or appointment setting is a bonus.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Strong written communication and a friendly, natural messaging style.
  • Ability to start genuine conversations and build rapport with business owners.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook for outreach.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail (tracking leads, logging info, etc.).
  • Reliability and consistency — hitting daily outreach requirements.
  • Willingness to learn AI tools, automations, and new outreach techniques.
  • A proactive attitude and comfort speaking to small business owners.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales workflows.
