RF Systems & Product Test Engineer | Up to £50k | Hybrid – Middlesex

We're currently supporting a fast-growing, innovation-led technology company in their search for a skilled RF Systems and Product Test Engineer to join their expanding team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hands-on testing and optimisation of RF systems and electronic products.
  • Creating and executing test plans for both prototype and production devices.
  • Conducting integration testing across multi-vendor platforms.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and analysing electromagnetic emissions.
  • Collaborating with design teams, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Producing detailed test documentation and reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in RF system/product testing, ideally in the
    automotive
    or
    IoT
    sector.
  • Proficiency in using RF test equipment and interpreting schematic diagrams.
  • A minimum of
    HNC/HND/BTEC
    in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
  • Confident communicator, capable of working across cross-functional teams.
