Job Description: As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will lead the evolution of the platform's UI, designing, building, and owning features end-to-end. This high-impact role requires shipping quickly, defining frontend architecture, and contributing to a product-led, customer-first environment. What you will do:

  • Design, build, and own new features end-to-end, from customer need to production.

  • Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to deliver measurable results and ship daily.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of hands-on industry experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Demonstrated ability to take features from 0-1, ship rapidly, and proactively drive solutions.

  • Possesses legal right to work in the UK and thrives in a high-autonomy, builder-first environment.
