We're a fast-growing DTC brand with a team experienced in spending millions on Facebook and TikTok, constantly testing creative angles and storytelling approaches that drive real business growth.

Now, we're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join our performance team: someone who's hungry to learn, obsessed with ads, and eager to master the craft of creative strategy under the guidance of marketers who live and breathe paid social.

What You'll Do:

  • Research & Insight Mining – Dig into customer reviews, TikTok comments, and market data to uncover psychological triggers and new creative angles.

  • Concepting & Scripting – Help write ad hooks, stories, and scripts that align with our strategy and brand tone.

  • Creative Briefing – Support the creation of clear, structured briefs for our UGC creators and editors.

  • Performance Tracking – Learn how to analyze creative data and help identify what's working (and why).

  • Creative Library Management – Keep our top-performing ad database organized and accessible for future use.

  • Testing & Iteration Support – Assist in launching and tracking creative tests with our performance team.

Who You Are:

  • You're fascinated by why people buy things and you love dissecting ads to figure out what works.

  • You have a keen eye for storytelling, hooks, and trends across TikTok and Meta.

  • You're analytical, not just creative you want to see the numbers behind the ad.

  • You're organised, able to manage multiple briefs, concepts, and creator assets.

  • You're eager to learn from a team that's scaled multiple brands from 0 to 7 figures and managed millions in ad spend.

  • You're proactive you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next; you seek out opportunities to add value.

  • Built repeatable systems for testing, analyzing, and scaling creative

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
