Job description:

  • Full-time or Part-time , No night shifts, Early start (4:15 am)
  • 3-4 shifts a week including SUNDAY
  • Starting from £15/h (depending on experience)
  • 20-40 hours a week

Job responsibilities:

  • Being involved in production of sourdough breads, pastries and other baked goods to a high standard and following the methods provided
  • Helping head bakers with dough mixing, shaping, oven loading and unloading and other baking-related tasks
  • Cleaning during the production process, preparation of the working space for the head baker if needed
  • Getting involved in the production process, training and improving skills along the way

Job requirements:

  • Experience working in a bakery
  • Willingness and desire to learn new skills
  • Ability to travel to Camberwell in the early hours of the morning and work long hours while standing
  • Good communication skills
  • Being punctual, organised and responsible
  • Desire to become a long-term member of our team
