About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised PA & Administrative Support Officer to support key compliance and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is diligent, proactive, and comfortable managing sensitive information. You will help ensure our compliance obligations are met while also supporting general operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and due diligence
- Prepare and manage client quotes
- Assist with ongoing compliance reporting and recordkeeping
- Assist with filing and reporting requirements
- Sort and organise emails and general correspondence
- Scan, file, and maintain documents and records
- Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration (as needed)
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with processes, checklists, and regulatory requirements
Bonus Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Experience in compliance, AML, finance, or administrative support
- Familiarity with invoicing systems or basic accounting principles
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
All of the above are preferred, but training can be provided to the suitable candidate.
