Your Mission
As an Energy Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind sourcing and building your own client base, engaging potential customers through outbound strategies. Your day-to-day will involve managing the full sales cycle from the initial contact and building rapport to securing contracts and managing ongoing client needs. You'll negotiate energy rates with suppliers to provide tailored, cost-effective solutions. Achieving sales targets and KPIs is at the heart of this role, supported by your awareness of market trends and a consultative approach to customer engagement. Your influence will directly shape both client satisfaction and company growth.
Key Competencies
Proven experience in energy consultancy is preferable or sales, with a track record of exceeding targets is essential.
Strong persuasive communication and consultative selling skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Offer Details
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, with commission and bonus opportunities available.
Location: Based in the North East. In office.
