Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in project management and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of analysing market trends and executing effective marketing strategies across various platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Utilise SEO techniques to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Maintain organised records of all marketing activities using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with WordPress for website management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a flair for copywriting.
