We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Reporting Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and approximately three (or more) years of experience in financial reporting and automation. You will be instrumental in streamlining reporting processes, designing and maintaining interactive financial dashboards, and supporting core finance operations.

A key part of the role involves working with
Workday Adaptive Planning
, so prior experience building and maintaining financial displays in this system is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Automation

  • Develop, automate, and maintain regular financial and operational reports using Workday Adaptive and other tools
  • Build dashboards and reporting visualisations that provide insights to Finance leadership and business stakeholders
  • Enhance data flow processes between financial systems, including integrations and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in financial data reporting and implement scalable solutions

Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and templates within Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Support the FP&A team during budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles by ensuring system data accuracy and output integrity
  • Liaise with stakeholders to refine reporting outputs and ensure alignment with business requirements

General Finance Support

  • Assist in the month-end close, variance analysis, and other key finance deliverables
  • Collaborate with Finance team members across to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and finance projects as needed

Requirements
Education and Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or a related field
  • Experience in financial systems integration and architecture a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with broader Workday Financials is a plus

Experience

  • Around 3 years of experience in a financial analysis, finance reporting, or FP&A role
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, particularly in dashboard/report building and system maintenance

Skills

  • Strong technical acumen with demonstrated ability to automate and improve financial reporting processes
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python or similar a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
