This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and service-driven hospitality professional to join a highly regarded venue, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading a dedicated front-of-house team.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £31,586 per annum
- Start: Immediate
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Henley-on-Thames
- Schedule: Rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Lead the team by example, maintaining the highest levels of service and hospitality at all times.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all restaurant activities.
- Strive for continuous improvement in service quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support training and development of the restaurant team to uphold excellence in delivery and presentation.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role within a premium hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for five-star service.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proactive and motivated to enhance both team performance and guest experience.
- Must have Driving License and experience cross trained Bar and Floor Management
