Niche is a boutique salon in Hammersmith known for quality colour work and a relaxed, professional environment. We specialise in balayage, blondes, and coppers, offering a personalised experience for clients who value care and consistency.
We're looking for a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in colour, cutting, and styling, takes pride in their work, and provides an excellent client experience. You'll work alongside a supportive team with opportunities for growth, education, and creative development.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality colour, cutting, and styling services.
- Deliver a professional and friendly client experience from consultation to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Recommend suitable products and treatments to support client results.
- Support the wider salon team and uphold Home of Niche standards.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of salon experience.
- Confident in balayage, blondes, and copper work.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing.
