Customer Solution Consultant

The Role:
Due to continued success and a demand from our customers we are looking to recruit a Customer Solutions Consultant to lead on our Application Modernisation projects or Data & Insight (2 roles). The Consultant will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, alongside our Sales Team, and must be able to articulate Civica's technology, services and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
We're looking for someone with a background in managed application services and (ideally) ITIL certified. It would be a great opportunity for an individual looking to transition into selling application managed services and application modernisation opportunities.
You'll provide technical direction and guidance during the presales process, by identifying customers technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution for a bid or proposal. You'll then consult with our Architecture capability and wider technical teams about suitable solutions; supporting the Sales Team, Bid Team and technical contributors to develop winning bids and proposals.
