Inspire Hair & Beauty are an all inclusive and award winning full service salon located in the heart of Portchester, Hampshire. We are now recruiting for a confident and professional Stylist to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a permanent position, based on part times hours with a view to increasing hours as your column builds.

Key requirements to be considered for the post include:

  • A minimum of three years experience in cutting and colouring
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 or above, NVQ level 3 preferred
  • Excellent consultative and client communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake training as and when required
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Possess an energetic and positive can-do attitude
  • Confident to cross sell and up sell
  • Commitment to be able to work a late night (up to 8.30pm) and only two Saturdays per month

The successful applicant will benefit from a guaranteed income, a competitive salary, an uncapped retail commission scheme (after a successful three month probationary period), paid holidays, a platform to showcase their talent and on-going support in their professional development. Subject to how successful the applicant is at building their own column, the hours worked can be increased accordingly. Our super friendly salon closes between Christmas and the New Year and benefits from a great social calendar throughout the year.

Initial part-time hours: 20-30 per week.
