About Us
ICAAL is an award-winning, full-service creative agency located in beautiful Grade 2* listed offices in Southampton's city centre.
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building relationships, managing multiple client accounts, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
While experience in digital marketing is a bonus, it is not essential—we are committed to supporting your growth and development in this area as you settle into the role.
We pride ourselves on offering a healthy work/life balance, a supportive working environment, and a fantastic team culture. Our commitment to training and development ensures career progression and job satisfaction.
This in-office role will integrate you into a successful and forward-thinking company that actively invests in its people, equipment, and premises.

You'll work closely with Account Executives and other departments, delegating tasks and collaborating to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time. This role offers real autonomy, allowing you to make key decisions and solve problems independently, while also benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
We are looking for someone with a track record of managing and growing client accounts, who enjoys being client-facing and thrives on building lasting relationships. Experience in B2B account management is desirable, and experience in the home improvement sector would be a significant advantage.
