What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage and grow the residential lettings portfolio
  • Lead, support and motivate the lettings team
  • Conduct valuations and secure new landlord instructions
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance
  • Drive marketing strategies and local business development
  • Handle negotiations, tenancy agreements, and renewals
  • Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Proven experience in residential lettings at senior level
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Confident in valuations and winning instructions
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
  • Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
  • Professional, driven, and results-focused
  • Full UK driving licence required
