• Confidence to lead and host groups overnight
• Calm and responsible attitude (especially when things get exciting)
• Great communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to keep things safe, fun, and running smoothly

• Must be 18+
• Customer service or guest-facing experience preferred
• First Aid qualification is a bonus (training provided)
• Experience working with children or school groups is desirable
• Comfortable with lone working and managing small teams
