We specialise in rosette standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to produce Modern British Fayre.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair in team management and leadership within a hospitality background.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage reservations, greeting and seating customers on arrival
Hosting & expediting
Ensure timely & accurate delivery of food & drink
Answer questions regarding menus & make recommendations
Opening & closing business
Support smooth daily operations & assisting management
Maintaining standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
Training new staff to our high standard of service
Organise & manage events and create promoting social media content
