The Role

Job Title: Onboarding Co-ordinator – In-House Resource TeamLocation: Fully Remote (UK-based)Salary: £23,000 per annum + BenefitsHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

As part of our in-house resourcing and wider HR team, you'll oversee a wide range of onboarding activities — from DBS checks and reference requests to issuing contracts and ensuring compliance.

You'll be responsible for giving every new employee a seamless, positive experience as they begin their journey with Aspirations Care. It's a busy, dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your strong organisational skills and friendly approach will make all the difference.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing all aspects of onboarding, including pre-employment checks (DBS, referencing)

  • Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment

  • Ensuring all admin tasks follow company policy and compliance standards (CQC, Right to Work, etc.)

  • Providing payroll with new starter documentation

  • Handling onboarding calls and queries in a professional and supportive manner

  • Maintaining accurate people-related data and personnel files with confidentiality

  • Supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process with care and efficiency

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the HR Resourcing team

  • Assisting with wider HR projects and ad hoc tasks as required

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership of their workload

  • A confident multitasker who thrives under pressure

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Educated to GCSE Grade B/6 in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential data
