Roofing Labourer

We're looking for a Roofing Labourer to join a trusted, well-established team delivering top-quality roofing services throughout the West Midlands.Kempton Roofing are a fast growing, dynamic roofing company based in Cradley Heath. We provide roofing solutions to residential and commercial customers throughout the Black Country and Birmingham. It's been a great two years for the company, with a YoY growth of 40%, approval supplier status with 11 estate agents and a major contract with a large charity. What you'll be doing:

• Assisting experienced roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance work on residential and commercial properties
• Lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment safely around sites
• Supporting the team on a wide range of roofing projects
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on every job
• Taking pride in physically challenging, hands-on work

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or roofing is preferred – practical experience valued
• Strong, healthy, and able to lift and carry heavy materials
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and a real team player with a positive attitude
• DBS check may be required for certain client sites
