Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading exhibition design and build company for a
Creative Lead
to join their growing internal brand team in Northampton.

This is a key strategic and hands-on role where you'll be the driving force behind the company's visual and creative direction. You'll help shape, define, and elevate the brand across all touchpoints — bringing bold ideas, compelling storytelling, and high-impact execution to every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and evolution of the company's brand identity across print, digital, and environmental design
  • Translate strategic goals into impactful visual campaigns and branded experiences
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including 3D, Project Management, and Workshop departments
  • Mentor and inspire the wider creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Present and communicate creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of agency or in-house creative experience within brand, design, or experiential environments
  • Proven track record in developing and evolving brand identities
  • Strong conceptual thinking with excellent design execution skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and innovation
